Toni Keltner, Birth & Postpartum Doula

Toni Keltner is a Birth & Postpartum Doula offering care and services to Tulsa, Oklahoma area mothers.  Toni's desire is to provide mothers with exceptional attention and compassionate care for their antepartum, birth and postpartum needs. Toni is also Registered Nurse in Oklahoma, certified in CPR, BLS and NRP. 

Toni Keltner was born and raised in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, and is the mother to three children. She is a Broken Arrow High School graduate and a graduate of Rhema Bible Training Center.  

She has attended the following training courses and workshops: 

• CNA Training with Wings Healthcare in 2016 in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma
• DONA Birth Doula Workshop in 2017 at St. John's Hospital in Owasso, Oklahoma
• DONA Postpartum Doula Workshop in 2017 in Tulsa, Oklahoma
• Gena Kirby Rebozo Workshop in 2019 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
• Spinning Babies Workshop in 2019 in Witchita, Kansas
• Dancing for Birth Workshop in 2019 in Lexington, Kentucky

Toni will soon be completing Childbirth Educator training with Lamaze International as well as training with Hypnobabies and Still Birthday.

Toni received her Associate in Science and Associate in Applied Science - Nursing from Tulsa Community College. She is a Member of AWHONN, a member of Tulsa Doulas Inc., and a member of PSI Oklahoma. 

Toni has volunteered with The Great Cloth Diaper Change and the Real Diaper Association, hosting the Tulsa Area Great Cloth Diaper Change event from 2012 - 2019. She was also the local Cotton Babies Share the Love Cloth Diaper Bank Host. Toni is a cloth diaper and baby wearing enthusiast.

In her spare time, Toni enjoys spending time with her children, reading, taking ballet classes at her local YMCA and performing in various ballet performances with The South Tulsa Children's Ballet.
